A studio with clients
You run a small studio with a handful of clients at a time. Your team works across all of them; each client should see their own work and nothing else. Riverside Studio keeps everything in one workspace and gives each client a private Space.

#The setup
- One workspace for the studio, on the Team plan. Your team are its members, so they can reach every client's work.
- A private Space per client: Northwind and Bluebird Bakery. A private Space is seen only by the people added to it.
- The client's people as guests of their Space. Guests are free. They can read, comment and chat there, but not create or edit work, and they never see the rest of the workspace.
- Projects inside each Space for the client's work (Brand refresh, Website), and a milestone for each date you've promised them.
- The studio's own work (New business, Portfolio site) in a Space of its own with no guests, or simply in the workspace, which guests never see.
#Before you invite a client
Open the client's Space and use Preview as guest. It shows exactly what they'll see, and counts what's held back. To keep a task or a comment from them inside their Space, mark the task Internal or write an Internal note.
#When a client's work ends
Remove the client's guests from their Space to end their access, and
archive the finished tasks to clear them from your lists; they're kept, and
show:archived brings them back into a view. Or leave the Space as it is for
next time.
